Description/History:
A nicely tinted full standing view of an unidentified
private of the 95th Penn. Vol. who proudly wears
that regiments distinctive zouave jacket with
regulation army pantaloons. Upon his kept can
be easily seen a VI Corps insignia. His regiment
fought valiantly throughout Grants Overland
campaign, and during Sheridans Shenandoah
Valley campaign in 1864 losing heavy casualties
until the wars end.
